Run webinars
people stay for.

A registration page, a live room, chat, Q&A, polls and replays. Attendees join from their browser on any computer or phone.

Up to 3,000 attendees. No app or account for them.

A live webinar from the host's side: a shared slide on stage, three speakers' cameras, a live poll, floating reactions, the host toolbar, and the chat panel with a pinned message.
Registration page

A page for your webinar. Ready when you share it.

Add a cover, an agenda, your speakers and a few FAQs. Vidyst builds the page, the form and the calendar invites. Sections without content stay hidden.

A webinar's public page: title, description, next session date and time, spots left, a countdown and a Save my seat button.
  • Open or by registration

Let anyone with the link in, or ask people to register first. Set a capacity limit and an optional password.

  • Your own questions

Short or long text, multiple choice, checkboxes and yes or no. Mark any of them required.

  • One-off or a series

Repeat daily, weekly, monthly or on the days you pick, for up to 52 sessions. One page covers them all.

  • Reminders and invites

Registrants get a personal link, calendar invites for Google, Apple and Outlook, and a reminder before you start.

The lobby

Check your camera before anyone sees it.

Speakers preview their camera and mic, pick their devices and wait backstage. Attendees type their name, add the passcode if there is one, and join the moment you go live.

  • Closest server, picked for you. The lobby measures the servers near you and joins the fastest. Nothing to choose.
  • Backstage for your team. Hosts and speakers can join before the start and get ready together.
  • Opens on time. Join turns on for attendees the moment you go live. Nobody has to refresh.
The lobby for a speaker: a camera preview with mic and camera buttons, microphone and camera pickers, and Join backstage, which becomes Join now when the webinar goes live.
The stage

Up to 10 on stage. Five ways to show them.

Hosts, co-hosts and speakers share the stage with cameras and screens. Each viewer picks the layout they like, and tiles glide between them. Try it below.

The stage with a shared slide and three cameras, rearranging into the Auto, Grid, Spotlight, Sidebar and Floating layouts.
  • Share your screen

Shared screens show at their own resolution, so slides and code stay sharp. Double-click for full screen.

  • Spotlight anyone

Put one person front and center for everyone. Take it off and the room goes back to its layout.

  • Follows who’s talking

The active speaker gets a green ring, and Auto keeps the main view on them.

  • Drag cameras anywhere

In Floating, drag a camera over the stage and it stays where you drop it.

Engagement

Your audience talks back. Chat, Q&A, polls and reactions.

The host’s chat panel: a pinned message, new messages arriving, and a message menu to reply, pin, allow to talk, delete, time out, kick or block.
Raise a hand

Bring anyone from the audience up on stage.

The host sees the hand in People and allows them to talk. The attendee gets the invite on their own screen and picks mic or camera.

Jordan’s phone: he raises his hand, gets an invite to speak, joins with his camera, and appears on stage.
The host’s People panel: raised hands with Allow, who is on stage out of 10 seats, and the audience.
  1. Jordan raises a handHosts see it under Raised hands as it happens.
  2. You allow them to talkOne click. The invite shows up on their screen.

A webinar on a phone: the stage on top, and Chat, Q&A, Polls, reactions and a raised hand along the bottom, with reactions floating up.
On any phone

Join from a phone. No app to install.

On a phone, attendees get a room made for it: the stage up top, and chat, Q&A, polls, reactions and a raised hand along the bottom.

  • Turns with the phone. On its side, the header slims down and the stage gets the height.
  • Audio only. On a weak connection, turn video off and keep listening.
  • On stage from a phone. Accept the invite and join with the phone’s mic or camera.
After the show

Record it once. Send the replay.

A clean ending

End it for everyone with one click. Attendees see your closing message, how long it ran and how many joined.

Five licences. One for every size of room.

From Webinar 100 to Webinar 3000. Each licence runs every webinar you create on it.
